CJdropshipping: Much Faster

April has been awesome every time I had issues or questions, she is helpful and patient with me.
After using the app for over 1 year now, there are a few updates I would like to see to streamline some of the functions.

The only problem is you cannot update your information from here.

It was nice chatting with Liora. She answered all my question in deatil, and I had a lot lol.

I am happy that she's available because I am new to CJ's and I need help navigating the page and running my store. I am thankful to Liora.

CJ has lots of varieties of product that you can source in your website. I think the price is a bit expensive for other dropshipper who want to sell in the retail price. Also, the customer service is good but its very time consuming. Because the respond is very slow for the customer support. Joean Gu and Arina Dong recently helped me with my query. However, I find sometimes, they don't understand me well. I would like the agents to improve their english more so we can have a better business. Otherwise, overall its not bad.

Very helpful. I was stuck trying to figure out how to lower my order turnaround because I have never place an order before and wanted to know more about the processing and shipping time, thanks to Arina Dong and Joean Gu who was able to help me.

Great site for dropshipping products! Moreover, if you need any additional information on the product, I was very satisfied with my customer support Leon Chen, who was very helpful and and answered my questions very fast.

The only cons I would see are that there are a lot of products without reviews or some products are not so easy to find
