Erica Z at CJDropshipping has done an amazing job of answering questions as apart of the support agent team. They are a great resource to have to get things answered, adjust variants (if possible), and dig up information on products you are sourcing. So far, great experience in comparison to the other dropshipping options out there.

The app is easy to use, but customer service is very good too. Merchants are assigned an account assistant (mine is the wonderful Camilia) and if they aren't online when you need help, another assistant will pick up. The other plus is that Titles and Descriptions are in good English!
