I believe she truly embodies the essence of customer service. Almost any time of the day, whenever I have a question, just a message on WhatsApp and she responds promptly. Moreover, her responses are thorough, demonstrating her willingness to invest time and effort into learning new knowledge and communication skills with customers. Additionally, she is enthusiastic, polite, and capable of resolving all kinds of issues comprehensively. Communicating with her feels like chatting with a long-time friend! I've been using CJDropshipping for a long time now, maybe about 1 year I think. Their service has always been excellent. They're quick to answer any questions or concerns I have and I never have to wait long for a response. I've found their pricing surprisingly competitive when comparing to private dropshipping agents and other dropship apps. They're also really efficient at sourcing new products ... And the most important, my agent Fanny Wang is always able to provide me the best answer to all my questions.
