I really appreciate the customer service they are available 24/7. Cheria, Skye Zhu, Elsie are doing a great job and the shipping times are good too. CJ is very receptive to feedback, and they are continuously improving their service to satisfy our needs.

CJ has quite a huge variety of product. Sometimes products are lacking information, but Ella (one of the CS team members) is very helpful and able to assist!

I had issues importing my orders and contacted their 24/7 consultant support. Rami Wu was very quick to help me get the orders sorted out and was very attentive. I don't know of any other customer service that is as good as CJDroppshippings! Would highly recommend
