I'm only giving 4 stars because I had the best agent and she did everything she could regarding 2 of my orders got lost so they had to refund 1 of my orders took over 30 day's to get and a few items I order was out of stock and I was not notified until after I placed the order. All I can say is use them at your own risk

This app is a game changer my agent Nancy Wu is the best she's so helpful, understanding and patient. Will keep using their service for years to come.
Working with YANA has been awesome! She's super helpful and on top of everything. Her attention to detail is amazing, and she's always quick to respond and sort out anything I need. She informs me of any requests from the shipping team and makes sure my orders are processed on time with no issues. It's like she's got everything figured out. Really makes my life a lot easier!Lastly, i must say she is very friendly i really cant ask for more .

CJ is doing a terrible job during difficult times like COVID19. I have 100+ packages which are not delivered for 2 months already. I understand the pandemic is causing delays but CJ is not doing anything about solving this problem! They are just blaming the freight forwarder SF Express. What a fraud! Must act like an international company and resolve the problem instead of saying "wait patiently". Terrible!!!
