Any time I have any issue he always gets it resolved, he also is great at negotiating pricing with manufacturers, and always answers as efficiently as possible. If you are just starting out and don't know what company to work with I always recommend CJ Dropshipping, and if you are lucky enough you will get Joean Gu as an agent.
