CJ is incredibly user-friendly and caters to all my needs as a small team, including sourcing, shipping, and managing inventory in overseas warehouses. It has saved me a tremendous amount of time. Shelly from customer service is exceptionally professional. Every time I encounter an issue, I reach out to her, and she consistently provides efficient, enthusiastic, patient, and knowledgeable solutions.
Such a great platform for dropshipping with amazing support members such as Garrison Wong who has repeatedly gone out of his way to ensure I receive the help I need. Overall a great website, would definitely recommend
