I use this app to fulfill my product orders. I really like how it has customized packaging, which is not common for dropshipping. Also having a personal agent like Janet is very helpful. CJ the platform and Janet the agent are the best!

This service sucks. They don't answer your request deliberately and try to missled you. Processing times are so bad. Customer service is the worst. They don't want to make a refund. Their interface is soooo ugly. They claim false shipping times. If i can give them minus 5, i would.

I have done one order with cj so far to test how they work and I have to say that everything went extremely smoothly. They sent my order within the time frame they provided. The special thanks are for my manager/agent Celia, she was extremely helpful and patient at all times, never left me without a response and assisted me at every stage to help me to go through the process nice and smooth. I cannot not to appreciate her commitment, it's much easier to make a business with someone who cares.
