Worst experience ever. They're scammers, do not use. They blocked my account for trying to cancel orders. I can't even talk to an agent cause my account has been blocked. Now I'm out 5,000 dollars because of these scammers. DO NOT USE!

To be Honest the service is very good and my assistant Zoey solves all my doubts perfectly, however I consider that there are certain things which I think would be better

Christina Chen always does a great job assisting me. My only issue is that I would prefer to really have 1 go-to agent as opposed to having to use the chat because I don't always get the answer I need from other agents.
