WORST DROPSHIPPING AND UNETHICAL BUSINESS THEY ARE RUNNING. I AM SURPRISED HOW THEY ARE NOT SHUT DOWN. ORDERS TAKE OVER 10 DAYS PROCESSING AND THEY LIE ABOUT DISPATCHING THE ORDERS WHEN THE ORDERS ARE SITTING IN THEIR WAREHOUSE UNTIL YOU BRING IT UP AND SUBMIT A DISPUTE THEN THEY SHIP IT OUT AFTER 15-20 DAYS..SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO SKIP ALL THIS HEADACHE..PLEASE QUIT THEM NOW. OTHERWISE NO MATTER IF YOU HAVE BEEN DROPSHIPPING FOR A FEW MONTHS OR A FEW YRS IT WILL TAKE THEM ONLY A FEW DAYS TO RUIN YOUR BUSINESS

Some of the shops on CJ are scam suppliers. When I brought this to CJs attention the deleted my account instead of resolving the issue.

I recently began using CJdropshipping, and my experience with the service has left me feeling rather unsatisfied. The "account manager" assigned to me has not been very helpful, providing brief, uninformative responses to my inquiries. It's akin to conversing with an inexperienced individual who offers one-word answers and fails to guide me towards effective solutions.
Saturn was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She was able to help me with all my questions very quickly. Great service!

Made 3 orders, 1 was deliveried, 1 was returned money after a week because the supplier did not send an order with no any apologize and the last one with bad damaged box, no seal, missing item. And when I asked for resend a new one or refund, they asked me a ton of questions, provided a proof of my customer and after I gave them the image of product they said they only refund amount of missing item, unprofessional. Never use your service again!!
