Pour un débutant c'est très compliqué de tout comprendre. Il y a beaucoup de chose à prendre en compte et rien n'est simple. Il faut donc toujours être en train de demander conseil à son agent et les réponses ne sont pas tout le temps celle attendue. Cependant c'est un très con site

So far my experience with CJ is Great. Customer service here is one of the best in the industry. Today I had Sveta helping me. She answered all my questions quickly and accurately. Also, Bellica and Zoey were Super helpful and very patient with me. When you work with a company like this that has amazing customer service available 24/7, that means a lot. It was the first order on my Shopify store that I was trying to fulfill through CJ. I was lucky that my online agent was Arlene Nong, who was able to resolve the issue in no time. On the other hand, CJ appointed Chandy Chen as my personal agent, and she also has excellent skills and helped me efficiently through my other orders.

Both have excellent communication skills and are fully knowledgeable, not only in CJ but also in Shopify settings also. With their patience and help I was able to fulfill the first couple of orders. My settings through Shopify and CJ were not proper and the orders couldn't be fulfilled. So both guided me through both platforms and got all issues sorted!

CJ is very reliable and their customer support is very helpful to, I had some issues regarding my order and one of their agent Ruth helped with it and it all went fine. I would recommend this platform to every seller out there.

Cj is a good supplier for dropshipping with excellent support. Today I had some problems with an order and Connie Jin helped me resolve issues in a timely manner.
