EDIT: The shipping is extremely slow and inaccurate. It does not update for 5+ days. DO NOT PAY for "Fast shipping" because it takes as long as ordinary shipping. It's estimated at 7-9 days and it has been 15 days already, just in transit. Customer service is kind at first, but now they are unresponsive.
I have tried many different dropshipping apps, until I found CJ. I enjoy how it's free to use and it offers so many different features. Thanks to CJ, my store is running smoothly. I have been using it for a few weeks now and it takes some time to learn all the features, but the agent chat option makes it stress free! Everytime I have a question, and agent is there to assist me immediately. Irene has been amazing and so helpful to answer my questions as I learn the platform.
I paid for fast delivery but experienced delays due to internal issues, resulting in a delivery time of over 3 weeks and being compelled to accept it; I advise avoiding this dropshipping service.
I was having problems with setting up the shipping in my store. Thankfully Janet helped go through a few options of what the problem could, and finally got to fix it. Thanks a lot

Although it is hard start for me, CJ dropshipping seems to be more simpler and convenient for especially someone like me trying to start up a business. I rate 5 stars for its Customer service provider that has helpful staff, I thank Marian Chen for your continuous effort in trying to help me and the promptness and positivity of your response makes me believe I can start a successful dropshipping business in the near future.
I like the dropshipping business model is great. But with adding Google came another irritating problem and that the GTIN. Which this number should be provided by the suppliers. If this number is MPN, SKU, or UPC then the sku's should automatically be entered into both Barcode and SKU field. A small business owner cannot afford $250.00/$30.00 for each barcode to pay out to another company. We pay more for product as dropshippers, more for shipping and wait longer for delivery to customers. We pay other fees on top of shipping fees. There is a lot of product that doesn't match the actual picture shown. So we are subject to more returns or just unable to retain customers because of the low quality product. Somehow the Shopify owner ends up spending more time try to correct issues in order to list product to reach more customers.
