Customer support is basically non-existent. If you ever have problems with your account that aren't in the FAQ, you are basically never going to resolve it. Even if you get a hold with them they do not provide any meaningful help to you.

I used this app after checking the reviews. But my experience just a few days after opening, was truly of nightmares. I spent six hours trying to get my clients order pushed through. I followed all the instructions, their help bot and staff member were no help sadly. In the end, I located another supplier who I used ten years ago whilst trading on eBay. Order went through, real easy. If it's not easy, I don't need to deal with the stress. My Clients deserve the best service, as do we.

I've been trying out the CJ dropshipping platform for a week and it has just been absolutely appalling. I've been sending queries via the Chatroom, the Live Chat and email but my queries haven't been answered or resolve. I ran a test order through because I was tired of chasing for answers and was going to run the test on my own to find out how the dropshipping process would work. The order has been sitting in the CJ system and the transaction cannot be finalised due to their system error. It's been absolutely frustrating. I am so glad I haven't transitioned my store over to the CJ platform as this would have ruined my business. I caution other business users to test out the process for yourself before proceeding. My experience has been nothing but unsatisfactory from the go.

this app chat reponds slow and they take forever to ship orders or give you your refund money back don't recommend

If a product sells out of your local warehouse, it wont update the stock feed to your site. It means that you can keep on selling the product only to then have to refund your customers.
I was very optimistic to use their service ...i googled a lot of reviews on trustpilot too ...people lost thousands of dollars near 50K orders burned in the flame ...i read shopify reviews to confirm such ..dont read the 5 stars ...they will destroy your business

They are getting worse. They are increasing the shipping rate while delaying orders. Delayed shipment is understood during a pandemic, but increasing the shipping rate at the same time is the worst experience.

It's so useless trash, I hate this customer service, it's 0 impact, don't waste your time for it, every product you must adding one by one, I GOT 1000+ products in my shop, how they think it's gonna happen i add all of these products one by one? I'm pretty sad because I can't give them 0 stars, 1 star is minimal. But if i can i give them -1000 stars. UPD. They call me in the morning ask me to give them one more chance, I SPEND MY WHOLE WORKING DAY TO START TO WORK WITH THEM. But nothing. IT's 100% broken web site, nothing is working there, costumer service is stupid as a fk monkeys, If they are can't make them web site working, HOW can i let them take care of my products and shipping? It's a fk joke

ALERT! cjdropshipping tracks all sales orders and totals from your shopify store. If you're in the EU this is problematic. I was shocked to see my current sales totals from my store listed in the cjdropshipping account area. I can see if they just tracked the orders they processed this would be normal and nice to see. There is also no option to delete or remove your account, which is also problematic being in the EU.
Although our system does not currently support account deletion, we will keep your order information and account information confidential. Please don't worry.
