CJdropshipping: Much Faster

This is my first time to open an online store, and also my first time to work with CJ Drop. I learned about CJ Drop on Youtube. As a Beginner, I'm still figuring out many of the process including importing products and sourcing. July Chan is very sweet and always had answers to all my questions. Even helped me find rare products. I would definitely recommend CJ drop to anyone doing the online store business.

Roxane helped us so many times, such as finding more detail about products, negotiating with suppliers, she's amazing. The app itself is super easy to use. A little confusing at first but once you know what you're doing it's a piece of cake.

Thanks to Ruth I was able to place my first dropship order today! After some technical difficulty I reached out and Ruth promptly rersponded on their messenger service. She didn't tell me what needed to be done to fix the problem, she went into my account and fixed it for me! It's reassuring to me that CJ has a great customer service structure in place with people like Ruth. It really means alot to know you won't be on an island if you're stuck in the platform.
