The only reason I HAVE to use cjdropshipping is because AliExpress in banned in India. If you can use the latter however, don't mind switching, ever. You cannot talk to the manufacturers directly, and not all the agents available know what they're talking about. In fact, if you don't reply for 10 mins in chatbox because they told you to wait, conversation is closed automatically. It's pathetic really. The only reason the app has so many 5 star reviews is because every month agent asks you to write a review. They don't specify give 5 stars, but they do need screenshots so of course it feels weird sending screenshot to someone that bashes them. Everything is quite chaotic. The absolute worst part is that there are so many items on CJ that are out of stock or have just been stopped manufacturing. They still don't remove it from the platform. If you ask an agent prior, they might tell you that it's available (because like I said, not all of them know what they're talking about), and then after 8-9 days of the order being placed, they'll tell you that it's unavailable. It's been a headache. I wish AliExpress was available.

If your agent is not online, our system will arrange customer support to help solve your problem; 3. If you find the product out of stock, you can leave a comment on the product page or contact your agent, and we will confirm the situation and deal with it; 4. When there is stock in our warehouse, the processing time will be 1-3 days, or it may take some time to prepare the items. Hope we make it clear. AWFULL AND USELESS SUPPORT!
Had an order fullfilled via CJ, oder was refused by carrier and sent back to CJ. Asked CJ about the reason for that -> Ticked opened on Feb 08. 2024. Had several chats with the support then, everytime a different person, every time I was tould to wait. Today is Feb. 17. 2024. CJ still have no idea what went wrong with the shipment. I have more orders for the same items in the mean time. Asked CJ what to do to avoid the same issue occuring again. Support says to wait, my agent "normally" will be back to work tomorrow...
I am speechless about ths one. I understand they have CNY and are low staffed, but having no advice after 9 DAYS !!! is absolutelyy NOT ACCEPTABLE

I did not get any help from CJ. When I create my store at Shopify ( shop416.com) I have to move my domain to Shopify and i lost my email access as provider change. and Shopify does not have emaill service system. CJ automation block me constantly to ask to verify email. They should have system using AI to understand the issue. Now i can not access even having shopify store.

It was ok for a while, but in the past months their support became non-existent. The app has lots of bugs and technical issues, they often add some high extra cost for shipping (after sitting on the package for 3 weeks) so you have no choice but pay or refund the costumer. They sending wrong/smaller/cheaper product, while the description is clear about the sizes, but still they refuse to refund other than the partial cost, even after my customer clearly don't want the wrong item. Site connection, connected products randomly lost and when you ask for help they often answering in a condescending way in chats, without any intention to help.

I must revise my previous review as it heavily relies on the agent assigned to me. I have conducted numerous transactions through CJ, involving substantial amounts of money, but the treatment I received afterwards was abysmal. After being assigned a new agent, my experience has been nothing short of a headache. Dispute replies take an excruciatingly long time, sometimes weeks, to receive any response. Even for resending an item worth just a few cents, they initiate a lengthy discussion that seems excessive. In cases where it's evident that the parcel is lost, I am asked to wait 15 days for an "investigation" before a resend is even considered. There is a complete lack of accountability for poorly packaged parcels that arrive with missing pieces, incorrect sizes, or lacking proper instructions. Every inquiry I make takes a minimum of three days to receive a response, rendering it impossible for any ecom business to efficiently operate under such circumstances. I have suffered significant financial losses due to their inactivity and unwillingness to assist me.
I can’t give a good review to this app, the order never was delivered as described.
I had the app for almost 12 months here is the problem:
1. Shipping label is created 24 to 72 After the order was placed, but the item is handed in 7 days after the label was created to the carrier, creating a false expectation to the client of a delivery withing 5 to 7 days. All the placed orders took more than 20 days to be delivered to the client. As a result you have a long listing of costumer asking for their orders and bad reviews in your store.
2. Some of the orders never left the warehouse and when you checked the status of the order you realized that you have a ticket opened by CJDropshipimg to charge you more for the paid shipping. As a result you have a huge profit lost or new debts.
3. Some of the item was never delivered because was out stock, but the inventory never was updated in your store, causing bad reviews in your store.
I would never recommend this business relationship to anyone, I really regret installed the app and put my confidence in people who don’t care about your business.

I'm leaving this review because CJ is impossible to work with for the time being as nothing is going right. I'm not even getting into the quality of products and their price feasibility because I haven't been able to give it enough time. But I will give CJ a chance to correct issues and will be open to removing this review if they perform the necessary fixes. So far they haven't been addressing their issues and indicate that they are not aware of their issues.
I have already added about 500 items a few days ago and spent hours yesterday adding to queue a lot more. There is a glitch that doesn't let you do the following
1. List in bulk
2. List with the lowest shipping option
3. List with RRP correctly. The listings will display a price that causes you to lose money on a sale.
4. List correctly with your own set formula. The result price on Shopify is a miscalculation causing you a loss or a high price that will turn away customers.
Moreso, I cannot believe that they don't have a feature to change prices automatically for listed products (other companies do). So you have a flawed and glitched price setting feature that you can't even attempt to correct once your items are listed. You would have to delete everything and start from scratch, only to find yourself in that endless loop. They also make it hard for you to find out a total you'd be paying to decide whether to adjust the price of a product their price setting feature messed up. So all in all it's NOT user-friendly by any means.
Customer service has been addressed all issues specifically after I put in the time to elaborate. It's up to them whether they want to fix this and get back to me.
terrible service they have fake 6-11 days usa fast shipping it's basically just 15-25 days epacket shipping but they charge extra for fake fast shipping

So far, I don’t have much good to say here. I am very seriously considering dumping CJ's
I joined CJ Dropshipping because I was having a lot of issues with another supplier. Unfortunately, I am having more issues with CJ
s than I did with the other supplier. Problem after problem. Difficult to get a reply because they stick you with one agent and say, "I'll leave a message for ..."
I asked CJ is their inventory levels were real-time. They said yes. Well, for my second order with CJ Dropshipping, two days after paying they tell me the product has been discontinued. Why is it listed as over 11 thousand inventory then? This makes me look bad to my customer. I have just moved to CJ after having this issue several times with a previous supplier.
I spend most of my time waiting in line in chat for support – not enough support staff, so you have to wait a very long time. They take days to answer support tickets.
They have no product descriptions on the product I have been looking at. They say weird thing like Material: cloth. What is cloth? Is it cotton, polyester, or something else. They provide weird measurements and sometimes it is not clear whether the measurements are across the garment or around the whole garment. Presumably half the garment if it is cm. Sometimes they list product size but miss some of those sizes in the size guide table.
Their customer product reviews look fake, I’m not sure – many have the same name or exact comments on the same product. There are often female name on make product, and vice versa. I know people buy others gifts, but there are too many, and the way they are worded implies the product is being use by the person proving the review.
So I have to either use a lot of guess work – which is risky, or I spend all my time waiting in chat or for a support ticket to be answered.
Fake fulfillment times - they mark orders as fulfilled shorty after you pay and stick a tracking label on them - I know because I ordered a product for myself. I received an email with tracking details which showed as no data for days. I have two orders that have been marked as fulfilled but they haven't even reached their warehouse yet! Orders are not fulfilled until they are just about to leave the warehouse for transportation to the airport.

DO NOT WORK WITH THESE GUYS. GAVE THEM 11,000 ORDERS OVER THE SPAN OF 1 MONTH. Their communication is the worst, and they will raise prices along the way even though you already paid for half the orders. PLEASE DO NOT work with them, I guarantee you will not only get treated like a shit customer, but you will have a much MUCH better experience hiring an agent in china to dropship for you and handle orders. I Will never be doing business with them again. ITS INSANE the amount of stress I get from how disorganized they are.
1. They will blame you for their system missing over 100 orders. Their system glitches multiple times.
2. They say they can STOCK in USA warehouse. And after asking everyday for weeks, they tell you oops its too expensive to ship actually. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! The only reason I used them was for the USA warehouse. DO NOT USE THEM if you they promise they will do it. THEY WONT. They will also raise the price halfway through instead of owning up to their mistakes.
3. Multiple times, our conversations go one way, the next week its again some other bullshit. Agreed on a set price, next week oh we meant this and that excuse.
4. You will soon realize, they only have 2 agents who handle everything and good luck getting an organizes individual.
5. Want stress and heat attacks, use them.
6. Will be posting a video on Youtube as well. The "owner" Andy, does not respond to customers either, even when you are giving him 1,000 orders a day.
