CJdropshipping: Much Faster

I needed advice on when to add CJ to my site and Elina helped me decided when I should add it. Since my products were very similar and my new site is almost ready to launch, I decided to go with CJ Dropship. They have a TON of products for you to choose from and a US warehouse for faster shipping to your customers.

Been using CJdropshipping for a few months now. I can say that I am not impressed with the service. They are not truthful about processing and shipping times. No clear details about delivery of services.

They put reasonable delivery time frames on product or services to get you excited. But when you eventually use them it becomes a nightmare. Also, I ordered product photoshoots about a few weeks ago. There has been no communication about the process or expected delivery.

The only reason I'm giving this two stars is because my earlier experience was good. It's just gotten worse as the months go by.

I will give them a couple of days to either fulfil my photoshoot request or give me an update. If this doesn't happen, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. I also feel it's time I move on to other alternatives.

My experience here is very good, with a very helpful service with my agent Ada that is the Top here, very kind and professional, available in every moment to solve my problems. I advice this app !!!!

Good products but suck ass service. This guy (Christian) told me since it was 12 a.m. in China he couldn't help me until LATER and that HIS WORD was the last word... in other words screw you!!! I will limit my dealings with this company as much as possible and would not advise ANYONE to deal with them until service like these are rectified!! I also have a screenshot of the entire convo. I'm also saving this screenshot incase CJ deletes it, and i will return to repost the same exact message EVERYDAY!!!

Great service, shipping time is perfect I would give it 4 stars. I could not really ask for much more.

Worst every customer service. worst ever. they like to waste your time and do not care. they will lie on what they have in stock but in all reality it is at their suppliers warehouse not cj warehouse and it will take up to 5 days to get it to cj then another 3 days to get it shipped out and then another 15 days to get to your customer. scum bags lies. they never says this info on the product page. scums

Had help from Violet. Ever so helpful quick replies and got right to the point. Sent videos so it was easy to understand and work with.
