I give this app zero stars. I would never recommend to anyone. They never update inventory stock and have screwed up so many of my orders.
Hi, thanks for your feedback. There are two types of inventory: CJ inventory refers to products in CJ warehouses worldwide while factory inventory refers to products from cooperated factories of CJ. Initially it was easy. Especially when adding products. It was a breeze. They still have some internal flow adjustment that they need to do in terms of pod and custom packaging but because they have a great support team, it all worked out it in the end. I gave 4 stars because I know they can do better and they are improving by the day!

Funktioniert einfach nicht, man will sich anmelden aber man wird nur auf die Anmelde Seite geschickt und fertig. Egal was man anklickt es funktioniert nicht, mit Shopify verifizieren funktioniert auch nicht.

I recommend this app! Most sellers find the difficulty to solve shipping issue from chinese vendors. CJ so far is the best solution i got as it is like the combination of oberlo + aliexpress, just like the chinese say: "one line dragon service". I can now source anything i like to sell and with the help from personal agent Gina Ge, she helps me to make sure all our ends (seller) is perfectly established and setup. It's great!

I used this app more than 2 month I did not like it. If you want to grow your e-commerce business do not work with CJ dropshiping. It is worth dropshiping. Because of them I lost customer's trust on my internet store. CJ Dropshiping not working properly, process of warehouse very slow, logistic is so bad all order delivered late. So at the end, I just want to say that I am wasting my time and have received many complaints from customers that reduce the growth potential of my online store. Do not use CJ Dropshiping.
