I had difficulties communicate with some CJ agents to understand my problems & I got frustrated sometime to work with them, probably because of language barrier?. Im must say Fanny from CJ is absolutely amazing! She has helped a great deal with understanding the process of shipping and receiving. Fanny has spent lots of time on chat with me about business and the process and answered many questions and guided me threw the first order. As a result I was able to fulfil the first order and in process of being shipped out. Have the shop app for the tracking and it’s amazing to get your first order delivered!!! Thanks Fanny xoxo
