Roxane helped us so many times, such as finding more detail about products, negotiating with suppliers, she's amazing. The app itself is super easy to use. A little confusing at first but once you know what you're doing it's a piece of cake.

Roxane recently helped us again by solving an issue we thought we had with a customer who thought she received the wrong product. Roxane went out of her way to show us the security footage that everything at CJ is going smoothly, and her order was packed and sent out correctly, and it hadn't arrived yet.

I've been using the CJ app for the past few months and have been receiving support from Sabrina Liu, who I actually can't rate highly enough given she has gone above and beyond anytime I've reached out for a question, and I ask her something almost daily. Now that I'm more comfortable with it I do like the easy sourcing requests, product connections, pre ordering inventory, their handling of disputes, 24/7 support and care with communicating shipping/fulfilment with me (e.g., I have had pictures/videos before accepting quality). I would love to see the algorithm for the search fixed though, probably the biggest frustration with the app.
