It was daunting at first, with new platform. But agent literally held my hand through the process. Very resposive, Great service, very friendly. Unexpectedly great prices, really made a difference between loss and profit, tried 4 different suppliers for a sinlge product, CJ gave the best price and faster processing, which led to less inquiries from customers. Saved money & time.
I use for almost a year and I am satisfied. It's a very good service. They have a very good application and it allows me to send my parcels quickly to Europe. They have good service for expedition.
Whenever I have a problem, I contact the customer service which is very good and is very responsive and I like it. Frankly, I recommend everyone

It has been more than 6 months since I started working with CJ for my Shopify and eBay stores, and I am having a great experience. The shipping is always on time, the quality is good, and their 24/7 customer service is great. The best thing is my personal agent Nancy. No matter how big the problem is, she always helps me to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate Nancy and the CJ company for such great work.
