Their service is honestly amazing, specially I had a little issue and Angel ( Angel Li ) was so helpful and helped me out. Thanks a lot!

So far got no complaints. The delivery times are accurate (if CJ says a product will take from 10 to 20 days, it'll probably take 15). Products always come intact.

The Customer service is also amazing. This customer service agent "Violet Su" helped me find where my package was after I was experiencing a bug. Her replies only took a minute each.

Overall the greatest and most reliable supplier on Shopify IMO.
