CJdropshipping: Much Faster

Terrible website with an annoyingly clunky and slow interface. I cannot even count how many times I have had technical difficulties between this app and shopify. It took me an entire week of trying to troubleshoot some shipping issues between this app and Shopify and once those were "resolved", my first order took an entire day to actually register on CJ. Also had to deal with whatever a "ticket" is and when I replied to this "ticket" and solved their problem, I was still being constantly prompted by the website to reply to said ticket. Also the lady that messaged me with regards to this ticket was BEGGING for a five star review like she was locked in somebody's basement.

CJDropshipping is the best all-in-one place for your dropshipping business! The agents will help you with everything. Sourcing, adding, fullfilling products and orders is super easy! Shipping times to the Netherlands very fast!

Though im new, the platform is, so far, a step-up from aliexpress, in that the sourcing of products, fulfillment, and support is all integrated into a fairly user friendly user interface.

Satisfied about my agent Fiona, good communication, fast replies. Do read the terms of CJ carefully. For example, a product can only be refunded if complaints are notified within 3 days after delivery.

even though everything sound good and perfect but i will share my finding 1-order preparation and dispatch promised to be 2-3 days, am getting 10-15 days for dispatch ?? shipping is another thing 15-20 days .. we are talking about 30+ days from day of purchase ... 2- 50% of the order my client are doing .. i receive a msg after 2-3 days sorry item not available .. please accept a similar item .. -.- !! then they ask you if you want a refund .. ? but no one will refund your reliability and website trustworthy not sure how this is good for anyone ..

I just started using CJDropshipping and the application along with the customer support (specifically Charles) has been great. I highly recommend them!
