I just started using CJ a month ago, and I have to say, it has not been going well. I listed and successfully sourced a handful of products. Got many orders from my customers and was notified by my agent that half of the products were out of stock AFTER MORE THAN A WEEK of placing the order, even after they "successfully" sourced the items. Now, I have to refund hundreds of dollars to my customers. This was a problem I was trying to avoid when switching to CJ, but unfortunetely, it turned into more of a problem for my business. I had a better experience with AliExpress and Oberlo. I do not recommend CJ for dropshipping. I will now have to switch to a real sourcing agent to handle all of my orders.

All 5 stars reviews are scam, as they are all for the customer services lousy support. It’s because all their agents are super disqualified
Communication between agents & people handling orders, disputes, & tickets is super primitive. they display an utter lack of accountability & seem clueless about promptly & effectively resolving issues.
Their claim of maintaining a warehouse for products is untrue, they have no accurate record of stock or knowledge about suppliers' inventory. This leads to constant changes in stock availability, shipping prices, & items being discontinued, resulting in customer dissatisfaction.
As you may see when you start ordering products they might easily issue tickets to orders & say that products have been discontinued & they offer a different product that they think is the same or they will try to give you a refund. None of their product photos are up to date.
Processing time on these orders is way beyond comprehension & the biggest mess around they did against me was charging me an extra 12$ & they changed my original shipping method to DHL then they increased the price 1.2$ extra & I paid it out of my own pocket as I care about my customers, after paying it they increased the DHL extra 24$, & of course your agent is always not there to help & when they answer they goes against you & never solve the issue, in the end I had to cancel the order & send an apology email for my customer. & today the same thing happened, indicating a lack of regard for customers' concerns & a willingness to manipulate shipping prices although almost everyday we receive a Logistics Price Adjustment Notice & like 90% of the time with a decrease of the shipping prices.
apparently they fool us with not eliminating the shipping method that doesn’t comply with the product & then they increase the shipping prices & let you deal with the bad reviews & complains.
Their shipping times are unreliable, making them an untrustworthy & poorly managed business. Any aspiring entrepreneurs are strongly advised to avoid dealing with this company & disregard any advertising or reviews associated with them specially youtubers who are apparently are affiliated or sponsored by them. The reviewer aims to warn others about this company's deceptive practices & encourages people they know to steer clear of this scam company.

Really nonsense, it took more than 2 weeks to process my order. During that time, PayPal, Stripe, and Shopify Payment will suspend payment gateways or hold payouts for up to three months because buyers open disputes.

Alternatives Dropast, Zindrop, Spocket or go back to Aliexpress.

Update:All the 5-star reviews are fake. CJ has levels and high-level customers are their Gods. CJ behaves so abusively with beginner level customers that you can only get to another level by luck. CJ will just make sure to shut down your business, not intentionally but that's how their system is, and those idiots in customer service don't understand anything. CJ offered me coupons to remove this review, which I denied.

I am selling a product for 2 weeks and I just randomly was informed that this product isn’t available! None of the orders was sent out to customers. The inventory on the CJ’s product site says 80.0002 pieces are available which is obviously not true. I took a screenshot and wish I could upload it for proof!!
Not only is communication beyond frustrating the worst part is that it damages my business. All the customers who ordered were excited to get their product but guess what … it is not even available. Customers will never come back to my store when their experience it as terrible as this. The whole process is very unprofessional. It should be possible to give 0 stars because 1 star is already too much!

CJ always doing a joke service. A very unprofessional company, If you are looking for a good company to help you scale your business, don’t use CJ. You will have a lot of issues with your customers. CJ is not gonna ship your orders on time, even if you buy inventory. All shit... This my second time using Cj still the same shit. I bought over $2000.00 in Inventory in bulk with CJ, I place my orders it's been 10 days since CJ never ship my orders. Very bad company, they are not organized.

Worst dropshopping supplier. U should refund items even if they don't have damage. I lost money to paypal because of you! The itwm is completely working and the customer wants a refund but they want to accept. Another dispute was customer asking to change item variant but they straight away said they can't. These 2 dispute are my first dispute i had with cj and so far they did not handle it well so i will not fulfill orders with them and would highly encourage other to not use them cause they will screw ur business during scaling. They're greedy, istead of building great connection with theirUsers, they want to jeopardize it by not accepting refund. A few dollar profit to u in exchange of users stopped working with u, a greedy move from the dispute team. Great website but worst dispute team. We are dropshippers but we are also your customer so u should accept refunds at all cost if you want us to keep working with u.

CJ Droppshipping SUCKS big time!
I have orders that have been in the "processing" stage since January 25th, today is February 12th!!!! I've been chatting with customer service every night for weeks, and each time I get a different reason as to why my orders haven't been mailed. My customers are starting to ask for refunds now. Every day I get at least two emails requesting refunds from customers. CJ Droppshipping SUCKS big time!

I'm not sure why CJDropshipping App received a star of 4.7. They are not able to comply with their order policy mentioned on their website (3-7 Days processing / 5-7 Shipping). When you checked with them, asked why the shipping is delayed, they will keep asking you to have a stock with them and explained their processing time (4-7 Days plus shipping) which is a clear cheating strategy. Shopify should check their partner policies and strictly implement those policy and even ban them to prevent using their App/services. We replaced our existing supplier due to this reason and they are worse than the first one.

Terrible platform. I've been using them since June 2021. The inventory listed on the site is not real. I sold over 30 units of a product that they ended up not having (even though the inventory stated they had over 9,000). It took them over a week to let me know they wouldn't be able to source a viable replacement product so I found another supplier. I've been trying to get refunded for over a month now and they are still withholding 15% of my money. It wasn't easy to get the other 85% either, I've had to contact my agent every single day for the last 30 days. Bad products, slow shipping, and no accountability. I promise you'll regret it in the long run.
