Customer Service is not DEAD, well not with Connie Jin. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. She eased the worriness of a first-timer, or anyone who is in this business. I have an agent for my account, Alisa Chen, she helps me a lot and all the time. When she is not available, I still can find help from other staff on the mainpage, so all problems, questions usually solved immediately. This is very important when you starting a new business. Must-have app.
