CJdropshipping: Much Faster

Cj is a very good platform for storing and shipping parcels around the world. A special thanks to my agent Aoki Gong who does an exceptional job as an intermediary. She is reactive, and finds solutions for me when I have problems. I recommend CJ.

when i try to sign in application with shopify , page send me the sign in page automatically. I cant sign in. can someone help me ?

This platform is awful I have been in business for 20+ years have never had an issue until I add this drop ship platform all the customer who buy the products that come from this platform are complaining and giving my bad reviews and when I contacted PayPal, they then blocked my account, and I am unable to check on my customers orders, unless I with draw my case with PayPal and that was told to me by the platform(CJ shipping)

worst source ever. I would rather use aliexpress than working with this kind of supplier. They sent all my products without any protection and do not accept my refund for damaged goods. Moreover, they still not ship my package after 14 days processing. The first and last time working with .

So far I am very satisfied. My agent nancy answers my questions promptly. She knows exactly what I need and shows me the perfect solution. I love that she uses screenshots or video links to make it easy to understand.

My personal Agent Miro Tan was very helpful. Answered questions right away and solved the problems. In addition, she has also been nice and friendly.

Happily, since my last review things have changed. My agent Lisa Wei is providing excellent assistance via email, I'm thankful for her support and understanding. She responds on time, acts polite and professional. I hope for successful cooperation in the future.

I'm rating CJ App 4* because of few factors that can(needs)to be improved:
1) Not updating the product page when the product is not available. (you list the item, and then figure out (if you ask) that it's out of stock)

2) Badly need more filters for search, when searching for the product I normally get around 60 pages of results both related and not related.

3) Sometimes the descriptions are unclear and have to double check with the agent

I wish CJ only get better and better and grow!

Really good customer care service. They are very kind and fast on reply. No need to wait for hours.
