Although CJ Dropshipping is a good platform for the drop shipping service. There is a constant inventory sync issues. I have been listing products from CJ Dropshipping and all the products I list shows as "SOLD OUT". CJ Dropshipping and Shopify needs to fix this issue at the earliest.
Good Product Selection, But Inventory Sync Issues
I've been using CJ Dropshipping for my Shopify store, and while the product variety and sourcing options are excellent, I've encountered some challenges with inventory synchronization.
Pros:
Wide range of products to choose from
Easy product import to Shopify
Competitive pricing
Cons:
Inventory doesn't sync properly with Shopify locations, causing products to show as "Sold Out" even when they're available
Settings could be more intuitive for beginners
Would benefit from clearer documentation on inventory management
Overall, CJ Dropshipping has potential, but the inventory sync issues need improvement. Hoping for better integration in future updates.

CJ Dropshipping Review: 3.5 Stars
I've been using CJ Dropshipping for a while now, and while there are aspects of the service that are frustrating, my experience overall has been balanced by the exceptional support from my agent, Miya Huang.
Let's start with the positives. The platform offers a wide range of products, and their user interface is relatively straightforward to navigate. When everything goes smoothly, orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner, which has helped me maintain good relationships with my customers.
However, there have been recurring issues that can't be overlooked. One of the most frustrating aspects has been the inconsistency with product availability; items I've planned to sell often become unavailable without notice. Additionally, I've encountered a few instances where products arrived damaged, which impacts customer satisfaction and requires time-consuming resolutions. These problems can be quite disheartening, especially when they affect your business's reputation.
That being said, the saving grace of my experience with CJ Dropshipping has been my agent, Miya Huang. Miya has consistently gone above and beyond to help me navigate through these frustrations. Her service has been exceptional – always responsive, understanding, and as accommodating as she can be. Miya has been the glue keeping me with CJ Dropshipping; without her, I might have moved on to another provider. Her dedication and customer-focused approach are easily 5 stars.
While there are definite areas for improvement within CJ Dropshipping, having a dedicated agent like Miya makes a significant difference. If they could address the product availability issues and improve the quality checks on their products, my rating would certainly go higher. For now, I give CJ Dropshipping an overall rating of 3.5 stars, with 5 stars reserved for the exceptional service provided by Miya Huang.
There are always issues with the items being out of stock. From 6 samples that I ordered, 3 were out of stock. Then you need to go back and forth with them to get a refund, which also negatively affects the dispatch date of the items that are actually in stock. I would not recommend it.
This platform would be perfect only if they updated their inventory on time. I have been listing products from there and found out that a lot of them are out of stock but it doesn't reflect in the product listing
We have used CJ Dropshipping since January. We have added products to our store and they just leave them as sold out without any warning... this service in my opinion is only for beginners to test out products, but not for scaling. Disputes take time, and you have to closely follow up on your orders if you want to see some movement. Just ok. Packaging is correct.
Thank you for your feedback. There is the risk of short inventory regarding certain products that require replenishment, to avoid such risk for your scaling, it is recommended that you use private inventory to boost order processing.

Available CJ inventory suggests that the item can be dispatched from our warehouse right away after you make the payment, whereas 0 CJ inventory means that we’ll wait for the item to arrive from the supplier, before it can go through packaging and quality inspection, which might take approximately 3 days, in most cases. In other words, sufficient CJ inventory means better time efficiency. You can purchase private inventory to avoid stock-out cost.
Great costumer service, they answer fast but the shipping time is really lame up tp 2 weeks to ship the order. That´s too long, this must be fixed
