It's so helpful having an agent assigned to me who I can message via Whatsapp to ask about any products on CJ. My agent Ashley Wu is so prompt with their replies and helps me out with any questions I ask. Thank you! The CJ platform itself has a bit of clunky UI but all good to use once you get the hang of it.
I have some good experience with my CJ manager Rebecca, quick reaction time and clear instructions. The website reloads a little slow and is a little bit overwhelming at the beginning. But with the help of Rebecca my CJ manager I figured it out.
