I have sent 2 support messages over the past few weeks about them displaying the incorrect country flag for Cyprus on the currency converter and have received no response nor changing of the flag.
UPDATE TO RESPONSE:
12th of October 2025- I first emailed about the issue.
After several week of no contact and no change to the flag, I sent another email.
I have never received an email on my end from your team during this time (I frequently check my spam emails).
10th January 2026 - I left a review as I still had received no contact from your team, and the flag remained incorrect still, a whole 3 months after I initially made contact. This is not prompt issue resolution like you claim.
9th of February 2026 - Now you reply to my review, stating that the flag has been changed for 1 month now. So essentially, you changed it straight after I left my review about this issue, not in the 3 months prior to that since it was initially brought to your attention.

We resolved the query and sent 3 emails to the customer, but the Merchant's statement is still incorrect.
She shared the completely wrong statement that we didn't provide any support, which is incorrect; we provided the support on time.
Our support team has been actively trying to assist you via email and has sent multiple follow-ups to hello@intrepidsafety.com.au over the past two months with regular updates. However, we did not receive any response from your end during this time.
Regarding the concern mentioned in your review about the incorrect country flag for Cyprus: we thoroughly reviewed the documentation and technical implementation, and this issue has already been resolved. The flag has been updated and is now working correctly across stores and it's been working from the past month.

Fantastic service. The app is very easy to use, I just needed some assistance to fix the dropdown in my desired location of my theme and I was able to schedule a call right away. Arpan was super friendly and helpful and got my issue resolved in no time. I tried several convertors before and this is the best by far.
I really like this app a lot, its has extensive price rounding from 10, 20, 30, right up to 100. There are lots of features where you can control the look and feel of the symbol or currency and its just very intuitive. I faced a couple of tech issue on first installation, but the support lady Drashti was incredibly helpful, she instantly google called me so we could screen share and go through the issue, and then she worked non stop to get it fixed, and kept me updated through. Thank you very much for this support! I highly recommend this app for stores who arent supported with shopify payments and multi-currencies.
We are you this app since 2023, and it does a great help, we have never faced any issue till date, and foreign client also praise that showing price is their country code is very useful while ordering.
