Infinite Product Options

Infinite Options app is easy to use with enough customization for me to ask customers for the precise measurements needed for custom made orders in a simple to understand format. I can set the app criteria to display on specific products based on tags or types, which are custom fields set up when the individual products are set up. This allows the Infinite Options to capture the additional data for only the products that need it and include that data in the shopping cart and order history. The app has more features and is more powerful than what I use it for. I also use it to add comments to orders for specific items, such as "clearance, all sales final". I've been using this app for a few years and have never felt the need to look for a different app. This one does exactly what I need it to.

Works wonderfully, though it sometimes is a learning curve. However, customer support is AMAZING if you get stuck and it's worth it to have the ability to have all these complex options for our different products.

I've used this for years and it's great for all the custom options on our products as well as upsells. There are some apps and themes it doesn't integrate well with which has caused some head aches, I was going to give it a 4 star review because of that but honestly the app is great, conditional logic allows for some really creative shopping experiences once you wrap your head around it.

Love this app. So grateful as a very small shop to have this to help customize some more complicated listings.

Needed some help today and customer service went way beyond what I expected for my question.

Exactly what I was looking for for my online flower shop - helps with colour customisations and multiple delivery options in each product. I hadn't set the app up properly and the customer service team was very quick to respond and fix everything for me (without me having to jump in and do anything in the back end myself).
