Infinite Product Options

I have used this app for over a year to help my customers customize flavor selections and add a personalized message. I ran into a problem after the holiday season when the app stopped carrying over the flavor selections to the order. The customer service team was responsive to me immediately---even over a holiday weekend when they were closed. They put their team on it and fixed it asap. I truly appreciate the customer service I have received.

Superb app, works brilliant. I ran into trouble trying to translate created products with a translation app on shopify, sent an email to contact@theshoppad.com and the problem was fixed by Logan within 1 hour of sending out the first email ! I'm speechless at the level of support offered, and would definitely highly recommend this app to anyone.

Infinite Options allows us to sell custom products with endless options. On top of it being a great app, the customer support is excellent. I had a question and I was helped very quickly and had my question answered along with recommendations to improve a product option.

The app itself is great, but their customer service is beyond incredible, quick and helpful. Probably my best experience with a shopify App.

This is the best Shopify App I've had so far. It is the perfect option to add options to your products. I recommend it 100%

Was easy to install and setup and display option on products that have options that require no price adjustments, does not do price additions. We have few products like this, but it does what is needed for them. Mostly we use it for a software option (electronic items), to be sure customer selects correct version. I see it could have uses for say color, black or white, where the items are the same cost and the quantity in stock does not need to be tracked, could save time setting up a variant. It has uses and does what it was intended to do. I was able to easily get the options displayed on our webpages and even made adjustments to the printed order sheet.

I had an issue with my variations being spaced too close together on my website. They went in and fixed the code and made it look amazing! I don't normally write reviews, but they went above and beyond to help me.
