easy to use. works perfectly for our custom options. inspires us to find new ways to utilize for a better customer/user experience. personally have appreciated the support I've received from the company when needed. easy option to pay a small fee and allow someone more qualified to do the important stuff. very responsive with chat requests. highly recommend this app and this company

I love the customer support for this app, the agents were very helpful and talked me through testing as well as setting up. That alone is the best reason to choose this app! This app has been very helpful in creating options for products. The reason for my 4 stars is I'd like to see more customization options tot be competitive with other apps.

Excellent! I set up the app myself but when I needed customization, I reached out to the admin and paid a small fee to have them do it for me. Their service is quick and easy!
We needed drop-down options that added unique items to an order, and this is the only app I could find that provides this. When we requested their pro installation in order for fields to match our theme, their response was lightning quick.
I like that your team is quick to respond and help. However the things that your team solve are not to what I really want. Now there is a new issue: The delivery date, message card and special remark are not showing in the customer order.
I kind of feel like this app is hampered by some limitations that are placed on it by Shopify, and as a result, it was not for me, but the team was helpful. Using the option that automatically added a second item to the cart made my orders and shipstation invoices messy, which increased packing errors and confused customers (customers can add a kind of product option that adds a second item to the cart, but they can remove the second item from the cart and the primary product still shows the product option). Hard to explain, but you'll recognize it when you see it. They made some changes to my cart to clean up what customers were seeing, but I advise you not to have anyone modify any of your themes without backing up first. I had so many apps modifying my themes, that I ultimately just started over with a new theme. Is this app to blame? Partly. But mostly it's Shopify's own limitations.
