Infinite Options

excellent app. Customer service second to none - answered a query from late friday day by saturday morning.....and its free!!

I spent 2 days writing all the complicated conditions for this app. Shouldn't have bothered. What they don't tell you before you do all this work is this;

When a user selects the amount of your product he wants, let's say 4, then he selects an option specified in this apps conditions, it automatically adds 4 of those also. So if a user buys 4 of the main product he has to buy 4 of whatever add on he selects through this app. AND THERE IS NO WAY AROUND IT!!!! So, I contacted support and wait for this....this is their response....

"I understand that this is a frustrating situation, especially after working on these options for so long, but there's not much we can do in this immediate moment or even communicate this specific issue to users. As mentioned, I'll be sure to let our team know about this and see if we can get it added for a future update."

Hang on, did I just hear that right?

So, the app is broken and they claim there is no way to tell users that it is broken before they install and spend days configuring it!

So, I told the support person I would screenshot that response and use it in this review. Here was his response;

So a broken app and a flippant support team. DONT INSTALL

A+ product and service! Whenever we've reached out for help, they have gone above and beyond for us. Other app developers, and Shopify their self, could really learn a thing or two from ShopPad!

Works just as expected. Support is quick to respond and helpful when they do. It really does seem to have unlimited options.

I installed this app and had my half dozen or so personalizable products ready to go within 30 minutes (I needed to be able to let them enter a name and/or dates). SUPER intuitive and easy to use, but oh so powerful!

We use this app for a variety of products and it has helped streamline our options into one place with a few easy clicks.

I am not a coder at all, so this app has really made my shopify store a lot easier for my customers to place orders.
The directions / video were both very well instructed. It was easy for me to do the installation and saved a lot of money. As a very small rural business owner, thank you . I know it sounds cliche however I wished I had found your app when I first opened my store at the beginning of this year!!

At all the apps I use, this one is by far the best! With the help of this app, I'm able to offer my customers options that they normally would not find on any other website. I Absolutely love this app and would highly recommend it to anyone!

This app solves a massive problem when you have too many variants for a single product. It also allows for other options which are not available as standard on Shopify. It's a must have app in my opinion and the customer service is great. I needed a modification to the standard layout and it was done in a day. Brilliant!
