Infinite Product Options

I've been using this app for quite a while and absolutely love it, but when I upgraded to a 2.0 theme, I couldn't figure out how to get it to work again. I reached out to the Infinite Options customer support and I am absolutely blown away. Super fast, super friendly, and beyond helpful. They got it working again for me in no time.

A few years ago I stumbled across Infinite Options via a googled shopify guru post. it seemed to do exactly what i needed it to do. Simple enough to paste the snippet in and i was up and running with offering my customers a way to personalize their place cards! brilliant. Now we are migrating to Shopify 2.0 and we noticed a cosmetic change that needed to be made that would make the form fields look better, so i reached out to ShopPad and had a great exchange with Emily. In a few hours she had a fix to my need. My page is now LITERALLY, and EXACTLY what i wanted... both in form and function! 10/10 for me. AND IT'S FREE!!!! cant ask for more. thank you Emily for your help.

Upgrading website, needed to add some code. Rather than me accidently deleting something, I had them do it. For $20 it is well worth it.

This app has been a game-changer for us. It is like they looked in my mind (yikes), saw what I needed for our website, and made it work! We have hundreds of products that use the app and it has been great from the start! I have to share...after some updates and who knows what we hit a blip. Shopify was great, as usual, but sent us on to Infinite Options for a definitive answer. After digging, scratching our heads, and digging deeper, I thought I figured it out and contacted Infinite Options. Annette helped me and jumped in and fixed what it was! The music to my ears was that I was right, I was giddy with having our site fixed AND being officially told I was RIGHT. She was great and definitely earned my Tech Support Hero Award. Fantastic service. I had a problem and it was solved immediately on email. The staff really know what they're talking about and were so helpful. Really recommend if you want to add fields to your order pages and tailor-make your store.
