Infinite Product Options

This app was a life-changer for us. We sell custom products and used to spend so much time communicating back and forth with customers to nail down exactly what they wanted. This app was easy to use and allowed us to put in tons of additional options to require the customer to provide as much information as possible - everything we need to know to make the item without communicating with the customer. When we have had occasional difficulties with certain things, the support has been fantastic. They get back to us very quickly and have gone in and made any changes we've needed to implement. Highly recommend this app and the Shoppad team. Awesome to work with. Very happy!

Install was easy. The support team is next level. They went above expectations in every way. App does what I need it to do.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Finally, an app that can create add-ons both required and optional as well as have more come up conditionally if others are selected, and here's the big one for me - from other inventory items and adjust the price shown on the product page. I searched high and low for an app that does this and couldn't find anything like it. As a bonus the team has been amazing, I needed some help with an in-cart issue due to my theme and adjusting a few things and they've been so helpful, quick and kind.

Absolutely fantastic! I have very limited know how when it comes to anything technical and I am amazed that I have been able to add to my shopify store a text box for personalisation details. I paid for the team to install Infinite options and it was well worth the money as it was done within 24 hours. The setup of the options were very easy using the video provided. I've used 2-3 other product options apps in the past, and none of them rivals Infinite Options. They work really well, are easy to set up, and their tech support is second to none. You get the full product for under $10/month and this is the best deal out of the app store for this kind of quality and service. Best of all, there is a tight integration with external database and spreadsheets through their Mesa app, so the extensibility of Infinite Options makes sense to grow a business.

Got this to add more option sets to my listings- Awesome customer service. Had an issue with theme compatibility, was able to reach Customer Service immediately and got an easy fix. Recommend!

This app has been wonderful in providing unlimited variables. I have had absolutely no issues so far and the staff were very helpful when I needed some assistance setting up something else completely unrelated.

The problem I find with this application is that you can not identify each Variant with SKU number and Barcode to keep better inventory. This would affect when the website is used as a POS in physical stores in the future.

Even I do not solve this problem and I had to create multiple products from the same handle.

I would give this app 5 stars if not using it to adjust pricing. The problem with this app is that the option is hard coded to the product as soon as the item is added to the cart, but then if a customer removes the add-on item from the cart it still shows that the option is on the product level. We ended up having to call customers to determine if they wanted the upgraded option, and explain to them that they didn't pay for it. The add on also creates really goofy _io_order_group information if using the add-on item option which makes emails to customers, cart pages, and packing slips look goofy.

Customers removing the add on from the cart and expecting to receive it happens way more than we ever thought. We had to switch to a paid app which hides the cost so customers can't do this. Overall I would recommend this app if not wanting to use it to change prices. For free you can't go wrong!

Support staff was great whenever we called, but again the app just comes up short if trying to charge additional for certain options.
