I've been very happy with my experience with this app. I would suggest it for people who are slightly technically minded and willing to DIY some aspects. Mostly the CSS style coding, which I could handle most of based on the Shoppad style tutorial. Very easy to install, great to use! I bought the white glove service and the installation was quick, and worked perfectly...also, it is about the cheapest IT support I have ever purchased. Shoppad knows how to make it easy and inexpensive to run a website!
