The only free app I could find that allowed me to add the kind of customisation options that I was looking for. Easy to use and excellent customer service when I ran into a problem! Love it!

I've used this app for a couple of years now and it has been really amazing. I've had one or two issues a long the way but the team had it fixed within 12 hours of emailing them. Great app and great service.

Difficult at first. I was familiar with coding and it was not coming out right but the customer service helped me within minutes. 1 easy fix and it was exactly what i wanted. Plus you cant beat FREE!

The best service and quick. We send a question and the answer and solution was fast and friendly. This app is a great option for add options and terms to your store. Recommended.
I have only recently started to understand the wealth of options this app allows you to implement and it is great. Have a great support team (shout out to Anh!) who helped with some tweaks to implementing multiple options on a single product. Would highly recommend.
Nicely done, Staff is 100% with you all the time. Easy to use. Best option app the is and the price even better.
ShopPad is awesome! I wish every company was like them. Friendly, Courteous, Helpful. I recommend their "white glove" service. They do it all and then do a follow up with you to make sure everything is to your liking. If it's not, they fix it - no questions asked.

Does exactly what they promise, and does it amazingly. The app is simple and easy to use. Their support is professional and helpful. No complaints at all, fantastic app.
I use this app to have my customers insert their engraving notes. It sits in the perfect spot by the appropriate products. Its very easy to use! No bugs!!!
