Infinite Options

Received great help from Mandy. Quick to respond and easy to work with! The app is also great. I have been using it for a year with no problems at all.

We are using the App to automatically add a second product to the cart when a customer chooses a certain variant of a product. Works very well. Wehad a small bug due to a custom theme but the ShopPad Guys helped quickly and efficiently.

I think this app is great and really easy to use.
I have been using shopify for 3 days, and the Infinite Options App has taken out the stress and has definitely improved the usability of my website.
I was able to take really simple shop options from shopify and add on 3-4 additional options to my products. This included different style selections (using checkboxes), selecting from a range of icons to add to the product (using swatches) and adding text boxes for personalisation.
The swatches option was great, however the swatches were a little crowded, however a team member (Andreas) was able to quickly adjust this and now it presents so well! Great app!!

We needed to add a variant on our Shopify store to include a custom name. This app did exactly what we needed, but the placement of the text was a little off. I reached out via their support chat and within 5 minutes they had it perfect. Amazing support and great app!

Excellent and easy to use for all the options you have for any type of products.

So far its been so easy to set up with just watching a few videos. I'm excited to be able to offer personalization options on my store. Also when I did get stuck the helpdesk team were AMAZING. Abby had the changes I needed made in minutes and did multiple tweaks. She was so helpful! Thank you!

Such a useful app for adding combinations of options to a product, with choice of dropdowns, radio buttons or checkboxes (and text areas - but I didn't need to use those).

Paid options are added to a product by making those options individual products in their own right (outside the app) and then using the app to bundle those options in with the main product that you're using the app with. At first I thought this wouldn't work for our site as we didn't want those options visible on the site as separate products, but it turned out it was easy to hide the individual 'option' products by creating a new Collection for just the main products we wanted to show (without the 'options as products'), and using that Collection as our 'All Products' page. Easy, and works really well.

The support from ShopPad has also been amazing. Responsive, straight up about what could and couldn't be done, friendly (no making me feel stupid for not knowing something!), very helpful and professional. I've no hesitation in giving them a five-star rating, and frankly they deserve more stars as this app is *free*.
