Infinite Options

I accidentally uninstalled this fabulous app - Long Story - but the support to have it up and running again within 12 hours, (taking into account a large time zone difference) was amazing and i did not have to re enter anything, which i was panicking about. Excellent support highly recommended.

This app was installed on my site several years ago by someone who assisted me to set up my web site. In the last couple weeks I have been in the process of updating the theme of my site. A major part of my update was not working. Shopify on the phone directed me to contact the app builder support. I did and the result was amazing. They totally fixed the issue allowing me to launch the updated theme yesterday. In addition to fixing the issue they also contacted me to see if all was well with my site and if they could help me further. I am very grateful for their help. The app works great and allows me to easily show the many various choices of my jewelry. Many thanks to app support and the Shopify people that have assisted to learn a lot and improve my site.

We just switched over to Infinite Options from a similar, more expensive, options app and couldn't be happier with our decision. We have a lot of product customizations for our jewelry business, but this app handles just about all of them. While it is certainly a bit quirky at times, there is usually a way to workaround the problems that come up.
Our experience with the customer service staff alone has been reason enough for us to stay with this app. Whether we have an issue with code, or need advice on how to properly run an option set, their team is there to answer us in a timely fashion and will great detail.
We hope the app continues to grow and add functionalities (such as the ability to add files as an option) but in the meantime, we are very pleased with the product, and extremely excited to continue working with this professional and proactive company.

The app works perfect. The support team are absolutely amazing with very quick responses and fixes immediately. Highly recommend it.

Hmm...it mostly does what I need it to do and the staff was kind enough to relocate the options to be down by the quantity box. It would be nice to be able to adjust the look a bit so the options stand out more. {and maybe you can and I just haven’t figured it out}

Fantastic app! I was able to create unlimited custom drop down menus for our made to measure clothing.

Noah did an excellent job of helping me to place the options exactly where I wanted them on the page. The product page looks great now!

Great service! Perfect app - does exactly what it says and more than I expected. My site requires shoppers to input multiple sizes into fields to get a customized product, and Infinite Options allows me to do it all. On top of that such amazing service- step by step help when I needed to install and follow up help even after.

Great customer support and very easy to use. Wouldn't have been able to use shopify for this store without this app since we have so many variants.
