I downloaded the add to help me add additional options for personalized products. Initially, I was confused with the coding but the support team esp Mandy were incredible! She accessed my Shopify store and within a few minutes fixed all of the issues I had and fixed things I didn't even ask for her to do! I would definitely recommend this app!

This app is absolutely amazing! But its not the app functionality itself (which is awesome BTW) that makes this great, its the people in the support department that really make this app amazing. Mandy, Annette, Jordin, and Anh are truly rock stars! They are the most helpful people that I have ever encountered in tech support. Their willingness to help shows no bounds.
