I have absolutely no hesitation in leaving a 5-star review on this app - but it is important for you to understand that I'm not leaving this with a perfect score because this is a "free app". No - that wouldn't be fair. I've researched a lot of apps that were alternatives to this and while yes, they were all paid - the implementation involved was also way more complicated. Okay, some not so complicated - but NOTHING as do-it-yourself as this one. Thanks IO team - more power to you in the days to come!

I needed an app that was going to give me options for our custom shirts such as color, size, and style. It needed to be easy to use and have customer support in case any issues were to arise. After careful deliberation we chose Infinite Options and installed the app. The various options were added with ease to our online shop. The options and colors were not exactly as I expected. They were all compressed too much together and looked cluttered and sloppy. But one quick email to them from their help page and they fixed it exactly as I wanted. Definitely recommend. With tech, not everything is perfect, but as long as the support is there to get it perfect, that's all that matters. Thank you for the quick and easy tech support. Amazing!

Great App and Great Medium to run an online business.

This is a great app (I hope they will add more features like swatches), mostly I enjoined the quick and professional responses to issues i had.

We are using this app for custom wedding invitation. In 2 years since our store has open, the app did not have any errors and has helped us customize over 5000 orders. Recently we have updated our theme and the support was great in helping us reinstall the app and they even stylised the options to have the look and feel of our theme. Great work!
