We've been using this app since the beginning of https://www.ChairsThatGive.com/, and it does a great job. It doesn't have all the features as Bold has, but it has been improving. The only thing that used to be missing for me were swatch images of the options/upsells next to the text, and immediate price changes on the product page when people add upsells to their product selection. But they have since added this functionality to the app. The option to make the options a hidden product has also been added, through a work-around. Anytime I had issues with the app (which was only once or twice) and reached out for help I got a reply very fast. The support for my paid theme that costs hunreds of dollars is worse, much worse. We do a lot of customized options at our shop, and this app was the perfect solution for us. Easy to use, quick to set up, and any question we had about installing the code was answered very quickly. I would definitely recommend this app if you need something to use for customizations at your store!

This app is exactly what we needed. We have a basic plan as we're just starting out and our products vary and require lots of customization. Shopify isn't perfect when it comes to accommodating this need so Infinite Options really saved our asses with this super simple solution.
