Infinite Product Options

Absolutely fantastic! I have very limited know how when it comes to anything technical and I am amazed that I have been able to add to my shopify store a text box for personalisation details. I paid for the team to install Infinite options and it was well worth the money as it was done within 24 hours. The setup of the options were very easy using the video provided. I am very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend. Thank you!

The problem I find with this application is that you can not identify each Variant with SKU number and Barcode to keep better inventory. This would affect when the website is used as a POS in physical stores in the future.

Even I do not solve this problem and I had to create multiple products from the same handle.

Got this to add more option sets to my listings- Awesome customer service. Had an issue with theme compatibility, was able to reach Customer Service immediately and got an easy fix. Recommend!

I would give this app 5 stars if not using it to adjust pricing. The problem with this app is that the option is hard coded to the product as soon as the item is added to the cart, but then if a customer removes the add-on item from the cart it still shows that the option is on the product level. We ended up having to call customers to determine if they wanted the upgraded option, and explain to them that they didn't pay for it. The add on also creates really goofy _io_order_group information if using the add-on item option which makes emails to customers, cart pages, and packing slips look goofy.

Customers removing the add on from the cart and expecting to receive it happens way more than we ever thought. We had to switch to a paid app which hides the cost so customers can't do this. Overall I would recommend this app if not wanting to use it to change prices. For free you can't go wrong!

Support staff was great whenever we called, but again the app just comes up short if trying to charge additional for certain options.

This app has been wonderful in providing unlimited variables. I have had absolutely no issues so far and the staff were very helpful when I needed some assistance setting up something else completely unrelated.

This app is really useful for customized products it works amazing and easy to use! Also, the support system is absolutely insane! They helped me with everything related to codding so i can fit the options into my product page exactly how i want, all this in less than 10 minutes, really fast and also surprisingly friendly guys! Keep it up with the good work.

Very easy to install and setup. I did have some trouble with placement since I'm not using Shopify 2.0, but the customer service was really fast about helping me with that.

I like this app a lot better than Bold Options, which I was using before. Bold Options was a pain to uninstall because it left snippets of code all throughout my website. And it was buggy. And more expensive.

Highly recommend Infinite Options.

Customer service is outstanding. I spent an entire day on chat with Annette and she was patient, efficient, and pretty funny (at the appropriate times). I had a big project to accomplish and we made it happen together. I couldn't have done it without her.

Also, the app works very well lol!

bad customer service. they dont even check before deploying css on the website. the option is going out of the screen. What a bad service and bad app. Ridiculous and frustrating.

I used this app to help me add some options to a product. Their instructions for implementation were easy to follow, and I also used their team to help me style it better on my theme. They were SO nice and helpful and the app does exactly what I need it to. I'm very happy indeed, and I would recommend this app very highly.
