Infinite Product Options

As a pretty novice developer this app was super easy to use from the beginning and when I did need some assistance customizing a few things their help team was really great to work with, thanks Logan for helping me get my options-checkout exactly how I wanted it!

I use this app for many things: gift wrapping option, bundle products, special notes/tags on special products. Don't let the simple user interface fool you--this is a very sophisticated system. Before using for my bundles, I literally checked every bundle app out there. By far, this is the best one out there. It let's me configure very easily and also allows for discount codes to be applied. Also: the customer support is extremely responsive and helpful. In addition to actual thoughtful explanations to my inquiries (vs. template responses), they troubleshoot by fixing my liquid files directly. I have multiple shopify stores and use dozens of apps for each--this is my favorite.

* UPDATE * Even though I had already given this app 5 stars because it worked so well. I ran into a couple of issues last week that prevented the app from doing what it is supposed to do. Apparently there was an issue in my theme that prevented the app from actually adding a bundled product to the customer's cart. Annette and the developers at ShopPad were timely in responding to my emails and incredibly helpful in resolving the issue.

Great app! It is exactly as described and works easy and fast! We had it set up within a few minutes.

I use the app to add customisation options to my products. So far it works quite well. I stumbled here and there and received instant response with solutions from the online chat. Very happy with the app and the team. I managed to install and setup the app but I will go for the expert install service anyway as it provides support with styling issues.

This app was a great free solution to our customisation needs. The App Support team were super helpful in helping us locate the relevant code on our theme to install the app and in helping us design the function to suit our theme font.

Thanks Matt Van Winkle for the patient to implement a block of non selectable date, this enable us not to allow customer to select these date during our holidays.

I used Infinite Options to do things Shopify couldn't. It works amazingly and even better is their customer service - quick and responsive. Amazing in this day and age!

A few years ago I stumbled across Infinite Options via a googled shopify guru post. it seemed to do exactly what i needed it to do. Simple enough to paste the snippet in and i was up and running with offering my customers a way to personalize their place cards! brilliant. Now we are migrating to Shopify 2.0 and we noticed a cosmetic change that needed to be made that would make the form fields look better, so i reached out to ShopPad and had a great exchange with Emily. In a few hours she had a fix to my need. My page is now LITERALLY, and EXACTLY what i wanted... both in form and function! 10/10 for me. AND IT'S FREE!!!! cant ask for more. thank you Emily for your help.

So far this app is working great. Just launched the site so I still have not been able to test all its potential. Excited about the possibilities.

Upgrading website, needed to add some code. Rather than me accidently deleting something, I had them do it. For $20 it is well worth it.
