Great Customer service. They are always available when needed via email. I could not have the personalization options I do in my shop without this app.

I use this so customers can enter Item Engraving Details on several of my products. It works great and is very easy to use!

It really helped me have extra variants with my jewellery for things that don't affect stock levels (e.g. chain lengths).

Wow. Customer service is absolutely AMAZING. Logan has helped me for 2 days answering any and all questions I threw his way. He has ultimately helped me 100% with everything and my shop is now completed! He was so nice and broke things down for me to understand because I am not good with computers at all! He went above and beyond!

I have used this app for several years to give my Shopify store additional product options. My theme has limits to the number of options and Infinite options allows me to add additional ones to the products. Easy to setup. Customer support is always there and available for help installing or for general help questions. I highly recommend this app.

I use this app to bundle my many products together, this is so easy and support is excellent, they even tweaked some alignment issues and suggested I added a NO Thanks option too. Very happy.

I recently relaunched my website after a name change and rebranding within a day Shop Pad contacted me unprompted saying they wanted to let my know that when you change or update your theme you need to add a code snippet to the new theme. They also sent an instruction video. So impressed. I had a few problems locating a file so they went in sorted it for me and added a faster loading script to load my options faster!

We've used this app for years on our store and it's been a lifesaver as most of our items are personalised. The only time it's ever not worked properly is when we've updated our theme and it hasn't fully installed onto the new theme however their support is fantastic and they have always helped fix the issue quickly. Would definitely recommend.
