Not very tech savvy but this app has been pretty easy for me to use so far. When I've had some issues I could not resolve their chat assistance was super easy and they resolved my issue right away while been polite and helpful.

I was able to use Infinite Options to input more personalization fields for my jewelry company. The support team was very helpful when I had trouble with something, especially Matt V! They have videos that help you go through each step of installation and how to incorporate it in your website. I highly recommend this app!

Needed a quick fix for personalisation and it delivered just that. Couldn't get the formatting right myself but the support staff jumped in and did it all for me in record time.
