Works quite well, I use it on several of my products to choose color and add-on options. It would be better if I could require some menus to have a selection, right now if a user doesn't happen to choose a color I have to email them and ask what they want because the software won't force them to choose.

I got this app on suggestion from the Shopify Tech Support. This is exactly what I was looking for. I have multiple options with multiple variations and Shopify is limited. The staff at Infinite Options assisted with the install when I had trouble. I ran into a glitch with the option bar not lining up with the other items on my store. The people at Infinite Options quickly replied and made the necessary modifications (plus some extras) that make my store run well. Thank you Infinite Options!

I have a lot of personalized listings and I need different customer information for many of them. I was able to create 100+ templates for all of my listings. I love the way it looks on my website as well. The only improvement I would suggest is an option where a customer can upload photos. I've been able to work around that issue so it's not a big deal. Overall, I'm very pleased with Infinite Options :)

This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. Not only is this streamlining my workload, but it was so easy to install and when I ran into a simple issue, the customer service was quick, responsive and fixed my issue perfectly with no downtime. I am so grateful for this app, and with great service like this company has given, I will be sure to keep an eye on their other apps to purchase down the line. Seriously if you need customization options on your products or service, don't waste time with the code. Just get this app and keep it moving!! Thanks so much!!!

Super easy to use - worth every penny for the additional support in installing for only $20. They were quick, responsive, and beautifully integrated the app into my theme.

I used this app to be able to have a custom dropdown box with multiple fields and hundreds of options on our listings. This was not possible on shopify as standard. This app blew me out of the water. Very easy to learn to use and even has a nicer interface on the product page compared to similar apps competitors. Also, you can set one 'option' to cover multiple pages. This feature has saved us so much time! I did try out another app alongside this one, The most popular free app to give you the same options.(if you found this app, you most likely found that one also) The other app was full of problems and couldn't do what I needed in the back end. I contacted both the ShopPad support and the free app support during my research phase.
Free app support: we can't do anything to help you, here click this link to pay a developer to look into this for you for a fee to create custom code. ShopPad support: The problem was 'X' 'Y' and 'Z', here is how to resolve it, here are screenshots of the part you need to change. Let us know if you need more help. I actually made a mistake with my settings and the ShopPad support let me know before I even realized it was a problem. I also use Mesa from ShopPad to import the infinite Options data into a google sheet as soon as I receive an order. These apps work a charm. If you take your business serious at all, invest your time and money into ShopPad apps, their customer support is by far the best support I have ever received and the apps are very reliable. In this world, you really do get what you pay for. Any money you save with the free option you will repay with stress. I've looked through every related app on the store and this is the best for function and support.

Logan has assisted me above and beyond, this app is incredibly easy to use and so functionable, I wish all apps and customer service were like this.......
