This app is perfect for anyone that has personalized items on their site. It easily allows the customer to enter notes for their personalized items. I had a problem adding code to my theme and the developers got back to me and resolved the problem immediately. Truly awesome customer service!

Easy to use and allows for a range of options. I recommend this app for anyone who sells products with many options.

I cannot for the life of me get this app to work. When I install it, I get a blank page. I've tried multiple browsers. I want to pay for this but I there is no point.
