Very friendly and very helpful. We had trouble installing the app but Alan helped with installing it. I only installed it on one item to see how it operated. I placed an order from me. Boy that was fast. As soon as he installed it I had an order. lol.
It worked great! I saw my engraving instructions at checkout, and on email. Great Product. Very professional.

Its free (tick) easy to install (tick) easy to create more product options (tick). Like all the others have mentioned below this app is brilliant for adding basic options. If you're looking for conditional options etc you could give hulks options a go but I had js conflicting issues with that app and it required a lot of code changes to get it working with my theme. Infinite just works with 1 simple code perfectly, Would love to see infinite option expand offering more options but otherwise very happy. Thanks for such a great app :)

WOW!!! I've been using Infinite Options for quite some time now and never needed technical support because it was all so easy and they regularly add new and easy to use features. This time, though, I need a small change that required CSS and I'm not comfortable with that. So, I hired ShopPad to do it for me at an incredibly modest price. It was all finished and perfect within 30 minutes. I definitely recommend any of their products.

Worked perfectly well and the team helped out a heap when I had trouble installing. On the front end, it looks exactly as we wanted.

Great customer service! I was frustrated with some of the default functionality, but the support person was quick to respond. Not only did s/he answer my question, but s/he was able to implement the changes through custom CSS code remotely on my store. Wonderful!
