Infinite Options

With a small business based around customising, personalising and printing items to order I have lots and lots of product options for my customers! I chose Infinite Options to help me create an interface on my new website and I have been really happy. I got most of the way there myself with the help provided by the ShopPad website on adjusting the look and feel of my options on the product pages, and was then super happy to pay the very affordable sum for them to zhuzh it all up so that my design swatches and drop downs and text boxes are all laid out really nicely. Loving this app so far. Would love it even more if it incorporated the ability to set different price points for different options selected e.g. a large cushion size costs more than small etc. as right now I need to combine Infinite Options with native Shopify for products that need this.

This app makes it so we can have all the product options we need, it really is infinite. Their customer service is top notch. They reply to you in chat instantly and fix your issues so fast. I never worry about little bugs when we launch new products because they always help me get things perfect right away. Definitely worth every penny! Wish other apps had customer service this great! Keep up the good work!

We've used a couple of option programs, and Infinite Options is our favorite hands down. The app allows you to complete any options you can imagine through the use of conditional logic, and can be styled to fit your theme. The price point is great - especially when compared to the other options which are significantly overpriced. The app is easy to implement, and if you do run into any problems the support team has been phenomenal. We have never had to wait more than a few hours to get a response, and they keep updated as your support ticket progresses. They even went as far as to implement code to resolve our issue - at no cost.

I would definitely recommend Infinite Options to any Shopify user who is looking for product options, and upsells on products. It's cost effective, easy to use, priced well, and the support team is great.

I really am happy with this app. I chose this app after trying a competitors app with a poor experience. This app does everything - and the more I used it, the more features I found and utilized in my store. This app has an excellent price point, A+ customer support and response and seamlessly adds all sorts of options to my products and cart. The one thing that was lacking was the ability to upload photos which I need for some products. This was easily solved because they have an app called Uploadery for that. I added the second app for a very reasonable price and now have everything I need to customize my store. The two apps combined are at a lower cost that the competitors single app that had big flaws for Shopify 2.0 themes. Customer support is great. I would not hesitate to recommend that you try this app before others.

Fantastic app with great pricing. With Infinite Options I am able to add custom sections to my products. For example, I sell handmade dog apparel so I can ask a client to provide their pup's measurements and weight. I can also ask them if they want a harness opening and also add an additional add-on price. Other options available too like color swatches.

I needed some adjustments made and Emily from their customer service was great! She took care of my style preference within a day. Thanks EMILY!!

Today 8/23/23 I worked with Jordin S. He assisted with changing the look of my color swatches and adding the titles to each swatch when hovered over. He was prompt, efficient, polite and got the job done! So far everyone from this company is fantastic. I cannot say enough good things. Thanks Jordin S.!!
