Customer support is amazing. The install team was able to make several updates for me within hours of my request.
This app is currently frustrating at the moment. Our customers previously encountered not seeing their add ons after making payments for an order. Lets say a customer added 4 add ons to their cart, once they submit their order, it's either very few or all disappeared on the order confirmation summary.
We brought this to their attention and they made it known that there was nothing they could do ...
